OBJECTIVES

Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang operasi dan pemeliharaan Pengendali Kecepatan otomatis yang dapat diatur dari motor-motor listrik di Industri. Pelatihan ditekankan pada pemilihan pemilihan jenis VSD, unjuk kerja dan cara pengoperasian/instalasi motor listrik serta cara-cara melakukan pengujian komponen, instalasi, proteksi dan trouble shooting pada VSD. Dengan demikian diharapkan peserta pelatihan memahami mekanisme kerja dan pemeliharaan Speed Drives secara komprehensif

TUJUAN TRAINING :

Training yang akan diadakan mempunyai tujuan seperti yang tertera pada butir-butir berikut :

1. Memahami prinsip kerja pompa.
2. Memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing jenis pompa.
3. Memahami spesifikasi masing-masing jenis pompa.
4. Memahami spesifikasi sistem instalasi.
5. Memahami parameter operasi.
6. Mampu mengevaluasi unjuk kerja pompa.
7. Mampu menangani kelainan opersai (trouble).
8. Memahami dan mampu melaksanakan perawatan.
9. Mampu meramalkan unjuk kerja pompa termodifikasi

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Minimum SLTA : untuk para operator, teknisi, engineer yang ingin mengetahui/mendalami tehnik pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan sistem pengendali kecepatan.

INSTRUCTOR

Ir. Hasan Surya, MT. is graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for Bachelor and Master program at Electrical Engineering department. Since 1985 till now Ir. Hasan Surya is lecturer at electrical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN)  and he is a head of department at electrical engineering. Ir. Hasan Surya have delivered some training topics related to his major expertise for  many companies in Indonesia. Ir. Hasan Surya have been researching in electrical engineering and becoming speaker for some conference. Ir. Hasan Surya has also worked for some companies or institution so he has got much real experiences  and now he is ready to share his knowledge and experiences to industrial world throught training class.
