TRAINING INTRODUCTION:

Modern Safety Management is based on proven principles of safety management and provides participants with the fundamental concepts and techniques for a practical, proactive approach to managing safety and controlling losses.

Modern Safety Management 1st Edition was established in 1985 and has been taught to more than half a million participants worldwide. This pioneering course has defined good practice in safety management for industry worldwide.

Modern Safety Management 2nd Edition was launched in 2007 to include the latest risk management concepts and techniques needed to implement an integrated health, safety, security, environmental and quality management system. Modern Safety Management 2nd Edition provides participants with practical and proactive management techniques to ensure safe and sustainable operations.

Modern Safety Management is recommended for safety managers, risk managers, supervisors and other operating managers who have management system responsibilities. Modern Safety Management is a foundation course to support users of ISRS and is available in Chinese, English, French, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Polish and Spanish.

• The causes, effects and control of loss

Day 2

• Measuring and monitoring safety/ISRS an introduction
• Planned inspection systems
• Controlling property damage
• Rule development implementation and maintenance.

Day 3

• Emergency planning and preparedness
• Changing behaviour through safety promotions
• Group communications
• Identifying, analysing and documenting critical tasks
• Observing critical tasks

Day 4

• Managing the occupational health control system
• Personal communications
• Accident/incident investigations
• Developing and managing teams

Day 5

• Examination
• Action plan.

INSTRUCTOR : 

Bambang Pamudji, BSc, SE And Team

He has more than 29 years working experiences in Petrochemical industry are. He had  provided HSE management program development and implementation as well as risk assessment leadership ,HSE Management System and Environmental Management System Internal Auditor on PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Urea Fertilizer Company Palembang. He had led “step change” HSE improvement in all assignments. On The Last past 5 years He has done as  Advisory service  in HSE Management System,HSE Training program  Development and trainer, HSE Auditor, HSE Coordinator in a variety of areas ranging from oil/gas production, pipeline operations, and chemical plants.

He appeared as a speaker in HSE Indonesian / Asian Pacific Region Seminars and Conferences.

He also had attended many special training and courses during his career, such as HSE Specialist in Chemical Safety, Fundamental of Industrial Hygiene, OHS Management System , OHS Management System Auditor, Hazop leaders and Hazards assessment , The measurement of the occupational environment, Environmental Impact Issues Analysis(AMDAL A),  Workplace Control, Engine noise and vibration control and many more.
